I've been an immigration lawyer for over 25 years in Toulouse. I defend the rights of foreigners: visas, residence permits, removal measures, asylum, administrative detention, nationality, etc.

I accept the defense of my clients under legal aid when the persons demonstrate that they do not have sufficient resources to pay my fees.

I do not accept the legal aid for appeals before the National Court of Asylum against decisions of the OFPRA (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons), because the compensation for legal aid is too low to be economically viable for my firm given the trip to Montreuil in the Paris region.

My basic hourly rate is 200 euros including tax. However, and in accordance with article 10 of law n° 71-1130 of December 31, 1971, my fees are fixed according to the uses, the financial situation of the client, the difficulty of the case, the costs incurred , my notoriety and the due diligence I perform. A fee agreement can be established for services presenting a particular technical difficulty, or requiring regular monitoring, in agreement with the clients.

I only receive my clients by appointment fixed in advance.

For a half-hour consultation, I charge 100 euros including tax. Remote consultations can be scheduled by videoconference.
